FindSA(Full name Find Sourcing Agent)is committed to providing professional, efficient, and reliable cross-border sourcing agency services for global buyers. Our mission is to simplify international sourcing processes and enable global clients to easily connect with high-quality Chinese supply chains.
FindSA originated from Xingyan Handicraft Factory in Dongguan. Initially, we sold our own products through online channels. Through years of cross-border trade practice, we have gained in-depth insights into the pain points of overseas buyers in procurement, inspection, logistics, and payment, and have gradually built a standardized and systematic cross-border procurement service system.
In 2026, FindSA officially launched its professional sourcing agency business, expanding its service scope from handicrafts to multiple categories such as home furnishings, electronics, apparel, and daily necessities, fully supporting the diverse sourcing needs of global clients.
Currently, FINDSA is fully managed by a new operating entity——Shenzhen Xingyan Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd.In addition to core procurement agency services, we also provide value-added services such as e-commerce website construction, brand media operation, and supply chain consulting, creating a one-stop cross-border solution encompassing "product selection—production—quality inspection—logistics—delivery—promotion."

How It Works
We have designed a standardized 9-step service process based on the core principles of simplicity, transparency, and controllability:

| 4 | Pay deposit | Customers pay a deposit at a predetermined percentage via TT (telegraphic transfer) or LC (letter of credit). |
| 5 | Start production | FindSA will deliver the final plan to the partner factory and start production or stocking. |
| 6 | Progress synchronization | Photos, videos, or progress reports are sent regularly during production, making the entire process visible. |
| 7 | Quality verification | After the product is completed, FindSA will conduct an inspection on behalf of the customer and issue a quality inspection report. |
| 8 | Pay the balance & ship the goods | After the goods pass inspection, the customer pays the balance; FindSA coordinates logistics to arrange shipment. |

Pricing Structure
FindSA offers customized pricing on a project-by-project basis, with no fixed rate, ensuring a precise match between cost and service.
Main cost components
- Procurement agency service fee:3%–8% of the total order amount (depending on product category, quantity, and degree of customization).
- Inspection/quality control fee:100–800USD per session (if not included in the agent package)
- Logistics coordination fee:In most cases, it costs 0USD (no extra charge for resale logistics).
- Value-added service fee:E-commerce website building, photography, copywriting, etc. are priced separately for each project.
Principle of fee transparency
- All costs will be listed item by item in the initial quotation.
- No hidden fees
- No agency service fee is usually charged for unsuccessful purchases.
Example Reference
Purchase 5,000 standard household items, valued at approximately $200,000.
Agency service fee ≈ $6,000 – $12,000 (3%–6%), details of which will be clearly presented in the quotation.
Refund Policy
FindSA's refund policy is based on the stage of service, actual costs incurred, and mutual agreement, and follows these principles:
✅ Refundable situations
- Service has not yet been initiated (no instructions have been given to the factory).
- The client canceled the collaboration before the solution was confirmed.
- FindSA has not performed any substantive work.
At this stage, you can usually apply for a full or partial refund.
⚠️ Non-refundable or partially refundable situations
- Supplier liaison, sampling, and order placement have already commenced.
- The factory has started production.
- The work corresponding to the service fee has been completed.
After deducting the costs already incurred, the decision on whether to refund the balance will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Important Note
- Service fee ≠ payment for goods: The service fee is FindSA's remuneration for services; the payment for goods is made to the factory, and the factory decides on its refund policy.
- All refunds are subject to the written service agreement or quotation confirmation.
- It is recommended to explicitly request a refund policy statement before making payment.
Summary: Not started → Refundable; Executed → Cost deducted; Refund of goods payment ≠ Refund of service fee.
